More information about the sheltered boiler initiative (ending September 30, 2008), can be found by visiting KDHE’s Sheltered Boiler page at http://www.kdheks.gov/bar/boiler.html. The necessary forms for registering boilers subject to the small boiler NSPS are also available on this page. Boilers between 10 and 100 MMBtu/hr heat input capacity and installed after June 9, 1989 are subject to this regulation.
