Nancy Larson

Nancy Larson, B.S. environmental health, R.S. – director – located at K-State Research and Extension Office in Wichita. Experienced in nearly all areas of environmental health, air quality and hazardous waste regulations, multimedia pollution prevention, and PBTs (persistent, bioaccumulative, and toxic substances). Provides services to healthcare institutions and industrial sectors.

David Carter

David A. Carter, B.S. biology, M.S. toxicology, R.S., environmental associate auditor (ISO 14001) – pollution prevention specialist – located at Kansas State University. Experienced in air quality permits, wastewater, storm water, hazardous and solid waste regulations, environmental permits, and environmental management systems (ISO 14001). Provides services to industrial, agricultural, and educational sectors.

Barbara Johnson, B.S. geological engineering, P.E., L.G . – pollution prevention specialist – located in Salina. Leads PEER Center services for public entities.
