Business Crisis Management workshop

Workshop description: Natural disasters and operational crises can bring your business to an abrupt halt. How can you effectively manage weather-related disasters, power outages, employee issues, and other crises and remain afloat?  The Kansas Small Business Development Centers (SBDCs) at Wichita State University (WSU) and Emporia State University (ESU) in partnership with WSU’s Center for Innovation and Enterprise Engagement (CIEE) are bringing together national and local experts to share their combined experiences in a 3-hour workshop and panel discussion with you and your business team.  Decision makers like you will walk away with a solid understanding of the details needed to develop and execute an effective disaster preparation and recovery plan including crisis communication, IT, data, documentation recovery, and more.
