Intersession: Industrial Environmental Sustainability Practices

The Pollution Prevention Institute is hosting an Industrial Environment Sustainability Practices intersession course on the K-State Manhattan campus, August 10-12, 2015.  Designed to provide an overview of pollution prevention (P2) and environmental sustainability opportunities, this course could ultimately save money for your facility.  Topics will address industrial systems that may include: building envelope, lighting, HVAC systems, motors, compressed air, steam, fans, pumps, chemical use, green procurement, water and waste water, as well as zero waste. The course is open to industry or institutional professionals and is offered for credit or non-credit, as well as professional development hours (PDH).  The course registration fee is $300, with an optional PDHs certification fee of $20.  Click here to register now.
